I was inspired to train for the profession after my daughter, aged 9 at the time, had two separate choking incidents within days of each other and after the second one immediately refused to eat solid food. After many weeks of worry and frustration a friend suggested that I take her to see a hypnotherapist. After only a few sessions my daughter resumed her previous pattern of eating without any problem whatsoever.
Often just a few sessions are all it takes to change someone’s life for the better and address deep-rooted issues that clients have battled with for many years. It is very gratifying and extremely rewarding to be a part of that process.
I come from a background of a challenging professional role as a Solicitor and Company director and understand first hand the demands faced by people on a daily basis and can empathise readily. I have many years of experience holding down a stressful and pressurised job, trying to juggle work and home life whilst also trying to deal with all the other pressures that modern life brings with it.
I put clients at ease and discuss objectives and ambitions of treatment. We establish an achievable outcome by which to measure success.
I tailor each session to each individual client’s needs and wants. We work together to change old beliefs and patterns of behaviour and enable acceptance of new ones to benefit the client going forward.
I really enjoy helping people let go of anything that may be holding them back in their lives and give them choices to enable them to achieve the very best that they have to offer, helping them deal with and overcome even the most long standing issues.
If you want and feel ready to change, hypnotherapy may be just the help you need to achieve your goal.
Invest in yourself – make the rest of your life the best of your life.
